Teacher Bio

Dear Students and Families,

Hello! I am so excited to be your English teacher this year!  I love teaching and I love Paseo Pointe! This will be my tenth year of teaching second grade. I enjoy watching football, especially the Oregon Ducks! I also enjoy traveling, hiking and reading. 

I went to the University of Oregon and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2008 and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2012. I am also endorsed in Early Childhood Education, Reading, and English as a Second Language.
