Teacher Bio

My name is Dustin Hunt, this is my seventh year teaching and fourth year in the Laveen School District.  I am the 7th/8th grade Science Teacher at Vista del Sur Accelerated Academy.  I previously worked in the Peoria Unified School District at Apache Elementary School.  I  graduated from Arizona Christian University in Phoenix, AZ in 2013 with a B.S. in Elementary Education.  I am currently working on my Masters of Education in Administration.  I live in the city of Maricopa with my beautiful wife Danica, daughters Avery and Lucy, our two awesome dogs, Sadie and Mowgli and our cool cat Phoebe!

Fun fact about me: I am a 3rd generation Phoenix, Arizona native!
