Teacher Bio

My name is Danielle Shafer and I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Rogers Ranch.  This will be my 16th year teaching and I have never loved a job more than this one.  I graduated from ASU with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and  I have previously taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.  I am originally from Massachusetts and have lots of family still residing in the Boston area.  I am married to an amazing husband and our daughter just graduated from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.  Go Huskers!!!  I have 4 dogs and a very large tortoise, we call it our mini farm.
