Welcome to Coach Roberts’ Physical Education Class

Students in my P.E. class will be challenged every class not only physically but mentally as well.  It is not just about games but the skills, strategies and sportsmanship to make personal and team performance better. From throwing to catching, dribbling to passing, offensive strategy to defensive strategy, we thrive to achieve our short term goals while we are challenge to reach our long term goals.

Classes start with a fitness workout.  Each week the bar is raised and the workouts become more challenging each time.  Every student will know countless exercises as each week a new exercise or two are introduced.
