  • Solid white, dark or light blue collared shirts. Students are allowed to wear Preschool Laveen T-shirts any day of the week.
  • Solid navy blue or khaki pants or shorts
  • For safety reasons, students are encouraged to wear closed toe shoes

Snack

Here at Laveen Preschool, we rely on YOU for providing snack for our class. Snack is an integral part of our curriculum and a great opportunity for communication and practicing social skills. Below are some items that we would appreciate being donated for snack in our classroom. If you are able to provide any of the following items to our classroom we would greatly appreciate it!

  • Goldfish crackers, Cheese-Its, Pretzels, Veggie Straws
  • Granola/Fruit or Cereal bars
  • Teddy Grahams/Animal Crackers/ Vanilla Wafers
  • Cheese Sticks
  • Yogurt (individual, simple servings, such as “Go-Gurt”)
  • Apple Sauce (individual servings)

I welcome other snack ideas, ask your child what nutritious snacks that they like to eat, and would like to share with their preschool friends. As for drinks, we have 1% chocolate milk you may purchase throughout the year and/or water. If your child is allergic to milk, or has other specific nutritious drinks (ie. Pediasure) that you would like them to drink during snack, please send it in with your child (daily/in bulk). I can keep you informed on when it is running low.
