Teacher Bio👩🏽‍🏫

Hola!

My name is Jazmin,I was born and raised here in the valley, and have lived in AZ my whole life. I come from a big Latinx family and love being able to share my Spanish language and culture with my students.  You can always catch me rooting for my home football and basketball teams (AZ Cardinals & Phx Suns).  I am happily married and have a 6-month-old son, as well as 3 dogs. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University⚒️🌲 . I lived up north in Flagstaff for about 5 years before moving back to Phoenix. Outside of school, I enjoy camping, watching Netflix, and spending time with my little family and dogs. This will be my 7th year of teaching and my 6th year at Paseo Pointe. I am looking forward to being your child’s English and Spanish teacher this year.  I am so excited to get this year started and help your child read, write, and speak in Español! I am so excited to get them reading and writing in English as well.  I am looking forward to a great year!
