Welcome to kindergarten at Paseo Pointe. My name is Mr. Rene Gastelo and I am very excited to be your child’s kindergarten grade teacher. I am thrilled that as a class we will discover cultures and be learning a new language. I have been teaching in Dual-Language programs for 7 years.
I am originally from Guadalupe, AZ. After high school I proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. I have worked in the semi-conductor sector and the automotive industry before becoming a teacher. I love the outdoors and enjoy camping, fishing, fly fishing, backpacking, and kayaking. I enjoy spending time with my family.
This will be a great and unforgettable year for your child.
