Teacher Bio

I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Cheatham again this year.  This is my 6th year teaching 2nd grade and my fourth year at Cheatham.  I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.  When I am not having fun with my students at school I love to exercise, read books, watch movies and spend time with my husband, Devin.  We have been married for 8 years.  I have always wanted to be a teacher and have always loved learning.  My greatest passion as a teacher is helping my students become life-long learners and showing them how FUN learning can be.  I use interactive and hands-on activities in my classroom on a daily basis that reach every level of student.  I am so excited for another great year in 2nd grade with YOU!
